About Me

My name is Kaitlyn Nice, and I attend Indiana University Indianapolis and will graduate in 2026! I am a Nursing major with a minor in Health Administration. 

My ambitions and values have pointed me in the direction of Pediatrics or a Labor and Delivery Nurse Practitioner. 

Diving deeper into the Pediatric side of the workforce, specifically in the health field, I took on the role of being a volunteer at Riley Children's Hospital in 2022. This volunteer job has taught me to always look on the bright side of things and to put my best foot forward when caring for my patients. 

Lastly, stepping into the role of a leader, my Sophomore and Junior year I took on the role of becoming a Resident Assistant in the dorm. I have become a better listener, problem solver, and voice for others. Balancing my priorities is also something I have been actively improving and will continue to get better at.
